YAY FOR CLICK TO EARN SITES

OK  so some are definitely better then others and I admit I stick mostly to one site.  Why because they have given me over 20000 points which can be turned into substantial rewards mostly because I click on their adds daily or because I am willing to go to their site before I buy something I was going to anyways.  I also love them for sending me gift cards so i get all my magazines for free!  They also offer a chance to get miles which is why I am saving mine so I can pay for my plane ticket to NY for the brothers wedding!

So my fiance is the cheapest person I know.  He tells me how Valentine's day is a commercial holiday and I realize he's right.  We also didn't want to go brave the crowds of crazy in love people!  So I made a nice dinner complete with homemade bread and we watched a movie I had bought second hand!  I know not real romantic but nice.  I admit I have conned him into buying me chickens to eat the nasty bugs around here come spring/summer.

CHEAP WEDDING PLANS!

So I'm trying to plan my wedding..CHEAP! My parents aren't really well off so expecting them to help would be pointless!  I love mom and all but can't put any burden on her!  Since I don't think I'll be winning the lottery or coming into any money any time soon I'm doing my thrifty thing!  I will buy my flowers in bulk and make my own bouquets!  Hopefully they will look good!  If your a bride looking for cheap flowers look on ebay or these sites looked good!

 So these are just some of the flower sites I looked at you can do a google search and find lots of sites for flowers!  I figure the same thing goes for favors...I'll make my own I have some crafty friends!  I love a lot of the stuff on oriental trading and the dollar tree has amazing ideas for brides too.  Check them out if your poor like me trying to make the most of it!

Ok besides signing up for tutoring site I also got some free tulip tree seeds in the mail and was very excited to plant them!  I also have bids in on dragon fruit seeds those would be very cool to have too.  I love free stuff and I get a lot of neat things from here listia...They always have seeds and stuff for people wanting to grow things it has some random things but is similar to ebay obviously on a smaller scale.  Listia also is free unless you buy credits.  It runs basically on a trading system I admit it I'm hooked!

So Your On A Budget

So you want to save money?  I have a suggestion stop going out?  I know I don't spend money if I don't go anywhere, as boring as it is.  If you want to save money you can always make a monthly menu and that way you make a list of everything you need for the month.  I'm not saying you don't go get milk and eggs but you can cut down on random buys if you know what your going to eat every day and don't splurge.  It would probably be a good idea for those on a diet too.

So another way I make some spending cash is selling stuff  don't want on ebay.  I know a lot of people hit up thrift stores and get things but I usually go to auction sales and we end up with tons of extra stuff so that's what I list; old cameras, and other random stuff I don't want sell great.  You can always go to your local store and look for name brand stuff and sell that at a profit too.  I actually bought something for a dollar and think it will sell for about 150 on ebay.  It's an old commodore 64c still in the box.  Amazing right nothing like making some money.  Sadly this goes to my student loan or a plane ticket to my brothers wedding.  :-D

What's for Dinner?

I roasted a chicken meat for less then 1 a lb is awesome plus there's left overs!  I made an apple pie and gravy too all homemade stuff!  I admit those pie crust you can buy are much easier but since I'm not working I can save a few penny's by making my own!  If you can store a big bag of rice go for the bigger one it's almost always cheaper to buy in bulk!  I will use the bones for making some more soup!  If we don't at it now I freeze it! If you don't want to make soup right away boil the bones for some good broth and once it's cool pour it in a freezer bag!  Make sure the bag sits up till it freeze and just think instant chicken broth for soup, gravy or whatever!

So You Want to Save Money?

You want to save money on what food, clothes, accessory?  Well food is easy, clip coupons, buy less name brands!  Make meals at home!  Make soup once in awhile it's super easy and pretty cheap!  Grab chicken thighs you can get them for about 88 cents a pound or less!  Toss them in  pot boil them with water and toss in some veggies, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions are pretty cheap!  Or make chicken and biscuits!  It's cheap and tasty plus you'll have left overs!  Watch for sales on special things, like steak if you have to have it!  If you love meat like us then buy half or a 1/4 of a cow from a farmer!  In the end it will be much cheaper then getting your meat from the store!  Plan your meals out it takes some time but you'll end up less stressed and save some money instead of grabbing some already cooked chicken you know at home you've got a box of store brand mac and cheese for a 50 cents to a dollar and a package of hamburger.  It's like three bucks for dinner.  I realize that one box of mac and cheese feeds us but you will need more if you have a big family!  I'm not saying do that daily but one meal a week for 3 bucks will save you! 

Ok so you want a crock pot or some kitchen accessory?  Go to the thrift store I guarantee you'll save money there and what does it matter if it's used as long as it still works?  I'm not saying buy your underwear used but  you can find name brand clothes if that's what you want!  I've got most of my bread pans and cake pans used!  I wash them before using!  It's our fun time auction sales are even better usually for getting used appliances, I have even got stuff still in the box!  We usually get better bargains at the auction sales then thrift stores!

I Should Be Cleaning

Ok so I quit my job I wasn't happy there, the pay sucked and it was making me fatter!  That's my goal by the way to lose some weight before my wedding!  So anyways I'm a bridesmaid in my brothers wedding and I was going to wait to buy a dress so if I do lose weight it would fit better!  But today I got a call fro the bride telling me that they are discontinuing the dress!  So I just ordered it and it cost 172 dollars, yikes!  There goes most of my last pay check!  Well the dress and my student loan payment!  So now I really need to be doing as many surveys as I can and hoping people will sign up to make some money with the same surveys sites so we help each other out!  I just made another 5 dollar gift card through swagbucks I usually get the amazon gift card since I read a lot.  They have everything tho!  This is one of my new favorite sites http://www.instantcashsweepstakes.com/invitations/ref_link/335129  they pay in the same day!
